Job summary

Singtel Networks in Singapore is driving a pilot project to develop a centralized data centre inventory and analytics capability. The role supports data gathering across Singtel and external data centres, transforming data into actionable insights using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

You will work with field engineers to collect, organize, and analyze infrastructure data, contributing to improved reporting and decision-making for network deployments in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a pilot project team driving the development and implementation of the Project Data Centre initiative.
• Participate in site surveys at Singtel and non-Singtel Data Centres for data collection and analysis.
• Support Singtel Field Engineers in data gathering, extraction, and documentation activities.
• Collect, organize, and transform data to support the development of a centralized infrastructure inventory management system.
• Conduct site surveys at strategic Data Centres across Singapore to gather and extract relevant infrastructure data.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as delegated by the reporting Manager.
