We are a growing company in Underground Cable and Utilities Detection , specializing in trial trenching and excavation. As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to oversee project quotations, tender submissions, and customer relationships.

This role is crucial in ensuring our pricing remains competitive and profitable while identifying new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quotations by analyzing past pricing, project costs, and customer requirements.
• Calculate project costs , including manpower, materials, and equipment, to determine accurate pricing.
• Monitor and track tender opportunities on platforms like GeBIZ and other sources.
• Oversee tender submissions , ensuring all documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and quotations —track progress, check status, and gather feedback.
• Engage with customers to understand their pricing concerns and requirements.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure continuous communication.
• Analyze market trends and competitors' pricing to keep our pricing competitive.
• Read and interpret construction plans and site maps to determine project areas and requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, utilities, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and site maps (important for area-based quotations).
• Strong analytical skills for cost calculation and pricing strategies .
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively search for new project opportunities, G-biz and powerGrid website etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for quotation and cost calculations .
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and build customer relationships .
• Experience in tender preparation and submission
