Job Summary:

The Interior Project Coordinators/Managers are responsible for overseeing renovations by providing on-site management, developing strategic plans, monitoring progress, and adapting as needed. They must interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

We are seeking a systematic and meticulous Interior Project team member to join us.

• Prepare ballpark estimates, quotations, project timeline charts, and ensure proper document submission.
• Provide technical advice and pre-empt potential challenges to the team and clients.
• Manage manpower and resources to execute site works within the timeline.
• Initiate corrective actions and provide solutions to resolve technical issues on-site.
• Carry out defect servicing for completed projects and maintain records of such services.
• Update the Project Director regularly on the progress of residential and commercial projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Candidates with 1 year of experience are preferred; entry-level candidates are also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and management is preferred.
• Proficiency in software such as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, systematic approach, and excellent time management are highly valued.
