Job Title: Project Coordinator (ID8260)

Location: Pioneer, Singapore

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 6pm

Salary: $3500 - $3800

Job Description:
  1. Involve in project management and contract administration of projects.
  2. Identify key design, delivery issues, solutions, or risks.
  3. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, developers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
  4. Liaise with statutory agencies, clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and project progress on site.
  5. Manage interfaces and coordination works for design and construction projects.
  6. Ensure safety practices are followed at the work site.
  7. Lead and oversee the operation and execution of projects from inception to completion, including manufacturing start-up and site installation.
  8. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and NSC throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Monitor site progress with site managers, coordinators, or supervisors.
  10. Develop and manage project schedules.
  11. Attend site and progress meetings with clients, architects, designers, and consultants.
  12. Handle all correspondence and documentation, and prepare reports such as emails, weekly site progress reports, and project schedules.
  13. Monitor and manage the project budget, providing value engineering where applicable.
  14. Resolve design and technical issues with the project team.
  15. Plan and schedule project timelines and implement changes to meet project goals.
  16. Provide guidance and support to the project team.
  17. Ensure quality assurance throughout the project.
  18. Regularly report project progress, issues, and solutions to management.
  19. Manage rectification works and final claims for completed projects.
  20. Participate in ad-hoc projects and additional duties as required.
  21. Evaluate and approve subcontractors' and suppliers' claims and recommend payments.
  22. Attend company meetings and other related activities.
  23. Note: Company reserves the right to amend the scope of work as necessary.
