Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Project Manager or Supervisor in construction.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Strong planning, scheduling and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and ability to direct diverse teams.
• Proficiency with PM software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all construction project aspects to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and manage budgets to stay within approved parameters.

About the role

WK Builders Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator /Supervisor to join our team in the West Region on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Monitoring project progress and managing budgets to keep costs within approved parameters
• Supervising and directing on-site teams, including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations throughout all project phases
• Managing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and manage expectations
• Identifying and resolving project issues and disputes promptly and professionally
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain construction standards
• Preparing progress reports and project documentation for management and clients
• Managing and procuring materials and equipment as required for project completion

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably with 3+ years in the role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, materials and regulations relevant to Singapore
• Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling and budgeting principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
