JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of a dynamic start-up team in TTSH to plan, design, develop and construct new patient-centric healthcare facilities under the auspices of Phase 2 of HealthCity Novena Masterplan of TTSH. Supporting the Hospital Management Committee led by CEO, you will assist the Clinical Service Planning team in the project coordination of the new TTSH Medical Tower which includes clinical modalities such as inpatient wards, operating theatres, endoscopy and interventional radiology suites, specialist outpatient clinics and expansion of the Emergency Department.
In the detailed design phase of the project, there will be separate tracks for each modality running in parallel, requiring strong coordination between various team leads for each track.
As the Project Coordinator, you will also support the Director and Assistant Director in organising and supporting the team's day to day activities within the Department. In this critical position, you will also be tracking the project progress at all fronts to serve as the central point of contact within the department to ensure smooth operations, efficient communication and effective collaboration between the team leads.

As the new facility moves into the ramp up phase post-construction and the clinical services prepare to move into the new building, there will be an opportunity for this role, as part of career advancement, to take on greater responsibilities as part of project management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of working experience
· Strong administrative background with experience in project coordination
· Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail and sharp time-management skills (multi-tasking)
· Effective communicator
· Energetic, good personality and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
· Strong team player, highly motivated and action-oriented
· Excellent written skills (English language competency)
