Job summary

A property management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to handle customer service duties and key handover processes. The role requires good experience in construction or customer service industries with a willingness to work 5.5 days during peak periods.   • Willing to work 5.5 days during peak periods and when clients request for Saturday morning.

PROJECT COORDINATOR (For Property / Condo)

5.5 Days

Monday - Saturday

Mon - Fri : 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat : 8:30am-1pm

Usually during low period is 5 days work week (Mon - Fri)

Kindly note, when during peak periods (during condo keys handover and when necessary), is 5.5 days, and is a must to work on half day saturday morning

And have to work as and when customer request for saturday morning key collections.

Minimum 1 year of working experiences in construction industry as customer service, property officer or admin

Or Good Customer Service Experiences / Hospitality experiences from any other industry welcome, for example, from airlines, hotels, tourism & etc, but do not mind to work 5.5 days during peak periods and when clients' request for Saturday morning.
