Job summary

A leading technology and business partner to top global investment banks is seeking a Project Coordinator / PMO Support in Singapore. In this role, you will support the department through various project coordination tasks, including managing change requests and handling stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with strong organizational skills and a preferred engineering background.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in project coordination/change request work.

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator / PMO Support in Singapore to support our client which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the department through the change request process
  • Coordinate for SLT (Senior Leadership Team) reports for projects
  • Collate and submit change requests to respective team leaders for approvals
  • Consolidate change request SLT applications
  • Manage project funding and raise PO if required
  • Handle the tracking of business management contract expiry dates and follow up with renewals

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience working on project coordination/change request-related work
  • Strong communication skills to interact and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of server setup will be preferred
  • An engineering background will be preferred
  • Knowledge of JIRA and SharePoint will be an advantage
