Project Coordinator | Planner | Up to $3.2k | 5 Days | Kranji

Working location: Mandai Link (Nearest Mrt: Kranji)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: $2500 - $3200

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with engineers, productions and vendors to ensure proper management of project from point of received order to delivery.
2. Prepare and submit project schedule.
3. Participate and liaise in technical clarification meetings with in house sales, design engineers and customers.
4. Work closely with the project teams in order to co-ordinate and manage all projects in the company.
5. Plan, execute and monitor project from customers' order confirmation to order delivery.
6. Control and distribute technical drawings and information to ensure all documentation are in proper order.
7. Ensure all work-in-progress are carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
8. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Higher NITEC / Diploma in Project Management (Electrical).
2. Min 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
3. Proficiency in computer literacy and knowledge of SAP B1 software is an advantage.
