Project Coordinator | Planner | Up to $3.2k | 5 Days | Kranji

Working location: Mandai Link (Nearest Mrt: Kranji)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: $2500 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with engineers, productions and vendors to ensure proper management of project from point of received order to delivery.
• Prepare and submit project schedule.
• Participate and liaise in technical clarification meetings with in house sales, design engineers and customers.
• Work closely with the project teams in order to co-ordinate and manage all projects in the company.
• Plan, execute and monitor of project from customers' order confirmation to order delivery.
• Control and distribute technical drawings and information to ensure all documentation are in proper order.
• Ensure all work-in-progress are carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Project Management (Electrical).
• Min 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and knowledge of SAP B1 software is an advantage.
