Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project software.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating them to senior management as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Has experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on using Microsoft Project software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project software, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is a plus.
