Job summary

A leading staffing and recruitment company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee facilities management projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management. Responsibilities include team leadership, budget management, and stakeholder communication. Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and manage teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Identify key stakeholders, implement communication plans, and manage expectations.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Project Execution: Oversee daily activities, ensure timely completion, and resolve issues.
  • Vendor Management: Select and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
  • Change Management: Assess and implement changes, update project documentation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records, generate status reports, and ensure compliance.
  • Project Closure: Conduct reviews, finalize deliverables, and release resources.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and drive process enhancements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong background in building operations, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and large-scale facility projects.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Knowledge of safety, environmental, and compliance regulations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), sustainability initiatives, and asset management.
  • Problem-Solving & Leadership: Ability to resolve issues quickly while leading teams effectively.
