Job description

Key Responsibilities

· To assist the Construction Manager/Project Director in leading the site construction team in ensuring the smooth execution of work.

· To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have an impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.

· To review the equipment/materials requisitions.

· Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, their representatives, and contractors.

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

· Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.

· Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.

· Resolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on-site.

· Need to do coordination work with the Contractor and subcontractor from China.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree holder in Project Management/Construction Engineering or related discipline.

· Minimum 5years relevant experience in a steel structure and construction background.

· Upbeat personality and good team player.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Meticulous and responsible.

· Able to work on a tight schedule.
