Project Coordinator [Gov Setting]

Role: Project Coordinator

Salary: Up to $4,000 per month + Allowance

Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Contract duration: Immediate – 31 Mar 2026, subject to renewal

Location: Lavender

Job Scope:

1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of emergency preparedness and community engagement programs.
2. Manage the recruitment, coordination, and deployment of volunteers for community-based initiatives.
3. Foster partnerships to expand outreach and deepen community engagement.
4. Collaborate with community leaders to improve local emergency preparedness capabilities.
5. Provide guidance and support to community committees in the implementation of key programs.
6. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, financial tracking, and budget management.
7. Contribute to marketing, communications, and procurement efforts across various platforms.

Requirements:

1. Possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
2. Possess good command of English, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
