Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Offshore Engineering

Position Title: Project Coordinator Engineer/Junior Marine Engineer

Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Pioneer)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5:00pm, Saturday - 8.00am to 12.00pm)

Salary Package: Up to $2800 + OT + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert technical and engineering advice to both the engineering and production teams.
  2. Lead and manage projects, including planning, coordinating activities, and allocating resources effectively.
  3. Offer guidance and support to less experienced engineers, enhancing their professional development.
  4. Represent the company in meetings with partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  5. Communicate project details accurately and effectively to both clients and project teams.
  6. Ensure that client requirements are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  7. Maintain the project schedule by overseeing progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
  8. Any other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marine engineering.
  2. Strong knowledge of ship structure fabrication.
  3. Possession of a Class 2B or Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
