Job description

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple cybersecurity projects, including penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, compliance audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2), security awareness training, professional and managed security services.
  • Work with Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Schedule project kick-off meetings, technical debriefs, and regular check-in calls between clients and our technical teams.
  • Track project milestones and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Client Communication & Service:

  • Act as the primary, non-technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Onboard new clients, clearly explaining the project process, setting expectations, and gathering necessary information.
  • Provide timely and proactive updates to clients regarding project status, upcoming activities, and deliverables.
  • Professionally handle all client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Translate technical concepts and findings into clear, business-friendly language for client understanding.
  • Gather client feedback to help our teams continuously improve service delivery.

Team & Administrative Support:

  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between clients, sales teams, cybersecurity consultants, engineers and analysts.
  • Assist in the quality assurance of final reports and deliverables before they are sent to the client.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and client records in our CRM and internal systems.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Minimal experience in a project coordination, account management, or client services role, preferably within an IT, software, or technology company.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity and the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts.

Preferred :

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working directly in a cybersecurity or managed security services (MSSP) environment.
  • Familiarity with common cybersecurity services (e.g., penetration testing, phishing simulations, risk assessments, solution deployments, SoC).
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or similar.
