The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating key handovers, and managing defects repair. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of working experiences in construction industry or customer service.
  • Hospitality experiences from airlines, hotels, tourism accepted.
  • Must be willing to work half day on Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer queries and keys handover.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone, or face to face.
  • Coordinate defect repair and related tasks.

PROJECT COORDINATOR (Customer Service For Property / Condo)

5.5 Days

Monday - Saturday

Mon - Fri : 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat : 8:30am-1pm

Usually during low period could be 5 days work week (Mon - Fri), subject to company's discretion

Kindly note, when during peak periods (during condo keys handover and when necessary), is definitely a 5.5 days, and is a MUST to work on half day Saturday morning

And have to work as and when customer request for Saturday morning key collections.

$3000-$3800*

+ AWS

Minimum 1 year of working experiences in construction industry as customer service, property officer or admin

Or Good Customer Service Experiences / Hospitality experiences from any other industry welcome, for example, from airlines, hotels, tourism & etc, but definitely have to work 5.5 days during peak periods and when clients' request for Saturday morning.
