Job description

LTA experience minimum 5 years as Supervisor

Able to manage foreign workers on site (multiple sites)

Conduct counselling and disciplinary actions, including issuing warning letters to workers who are underperforming or display unprofessional behavior

Coordinate with clinics for sending workers who are unwell or have minor injuries

Ensure workers are resting at the dormitories and not moonlighting if reported sick or unwell; personally check and spot check dormitories

Maintain cleanliness of all dormitories, regularly remind workers of the importance of cleanliness, and ensure scheduled housekeeping is done; send photos weekly in the group chat

Coordinate with clients regarding SIC of workers, including monitoring workers' performance on site

Able to work two shifts (day or night)

Prepare daily attendance reports for management

Conduct weekly in-house training for workers as directed by management

Must possess BCSS and BCSS Tunnelling certificates
