Job summary

A company in the construction industry in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily activities, liaise with main contractors, and ensure safety compliance among workers. Responsibilities

• Liaise with Main Contractor, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.
• Manage work progress of the work activities.
• Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
• Provide training & briefing to all new workers.
• Advise workers to take necessary safety precautions.
• Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.
