A property management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee property operations and resident relations. This full-time role requires at least one year of experience in property management or related fields. Applicants should have a strong customer service background and a positive attitude. The position offers a salary range of $3000 to $3500, plus benefits, with work hours Monday to Friday.

Job Scope :
A Property Executiveoversees the management and maintenance of a property or portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulations.This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating repairs and maintenance to managing budgets and interacting with residents.
1. Property Management & Maintenance:
Supervising Maintenance:
Overseeing routine and ad-hoc repair works, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Inspections:
Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, assess compliance with safety standards, and report defects.
Contractor Management:
Liaising with and coordinating contractors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Emergency Response:
Handling emergency situations, providing first-response solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
2. Residents Relations:
Residents Communication:
Addressing Residents inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Lease Management:
Preparing and negotiating lease agreements, monitoring rental payments, and enforcing lease terms.
Relationship Building:
Fostering positive relationships with residents and maintaining open communication channels.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records, including lease agreements, residents information, and financial data.
Reporting:
Preparing reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and financial status.
Documentation:
Preparing and managing documentation related to property inspections, maintenance work, and contracts.
4. Other Responsibilities:
Event Management:May be involved in planning and organizing events and decorations for special occasions.
Ad-hoc Duties:Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Manager.
In essence, the Property Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and well-maintained operation of a property, contributing to Residents satisfaction and the overall success of the property management strategy.
