Job description

• Position : Project Coordinator (Autocad/Revit/BIM) - Training Provided/All Welcome
• Location : Tuas
• Working hours : Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, if required to work on Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Building and Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and teams on drawing submissions, revisions, and take-offs.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress claims.
• Maintain a digital library of project documents.
• Prepare and submit safety documents (risk assessments, fall protection plans, method statements, lifting plans, etc.).
• Support safety audits, document toolbox talks, and attend safety meetings and site walks.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Min O Level
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM
• Safety Skills: Familiarity with permit-to-work documentation and safety-planning formats
