• At least Diploma in Architecture / Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of architecture coordination experience in building / construction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site.
• Review, coordinate, and generate all architectural works including shop drawings.

Job description

• Basic: Up to $6,000 + AWS/Bonus/Allowance (Any higher will be subject to review, salary commensurate with experience)
• A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
• 5.5/6 days’ work week (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet (5.5-day work week) (Managing one site only)

Responsibilities

• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with Architectural specifications

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Architecture / Building or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of architecture coordination experience in building / construction trade or equivalent
