• Ang Mo Kio
• Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• 6 months contract (subject to extension)
• Up to $5500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily project tasks, including document preparation, report generation and data entry
• Monitor and follow-up on market insights, ensure accurate data capture and entry
• Validate and verify project-related information for accuracy, completeness and consistency
• Maintain organized project files (presentations, reports, proposals, and more)
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders
• Track progress and follow up on deadlines and ensure deliverables are met on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve project- related issues
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project inquiries
• Provide administrative support to support the project team as needed
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality assurance processes across all tasks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
