Project Coordinator (3K to 3.5K, Ang Mo Kio)

A dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator offering strong support to the International Business Project Management Office (PMO) team in Project Coordination by tracking, delivery and shipment of products.

• Project Coordination:
  • Assist on execution of the project plan by tracking project obligations and monitoring project status.
  • Assist with scheduling project tasks and keeping the project status up to date with accurate information.
  • Arrange and prepare documents for delivery/shipment and prepare billing documents.
  • Assist in purchasing items and coordinating overseas travel.
• Marketing Coordination:
  • Ensure marketing inventory availability and working condition for exhibitions.
  • Register and administer LEOS products for marketing.
  • Proficient in handling product shipment for overseas markets.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Keep track of project files and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Attend to relevant administration and documentation required for project startup, execution, and closing.
  • Monitor configuration and service status of each delivered equipment.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Organize, attend, and take minutes for project meetings.
  • Experience in visitor management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in project coordination or related areas.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio.
• 5 days work week.
• 1 year agency contract.
• Only Singaporeans.
• Preferably able to commence work within short notice.
