Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive collaboration across NPI, Development, and Operations teams to secure wafer start readiness and achieve FIH targets on schedule.
• Engineering Sample (ES) Planning: Deliver accurate projections for ES completion and shipment, ensuring commitments are met.
• Capacity & Resource Verification: Confirm wafer start, FI, VI, and tool/resource availability to support ES demand without disruption.
• Lot Coordination: Plan NTI/DOE starts, FI, and VI activities with NPI and Development teams, balancing priorities and timelines.
• WIP Monitoring: Track ES work-in-progress, drive dispositions promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present NPI status reports for internal reviews and executive updates, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.

Required Experience and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Prior planning experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of filter process cycle times and product quality accountability is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
