Job summary

Skyworks Global Pte Ltd is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to contribute to data-driven process improvements on the production shopfloor in Bedok, Singapore. You will apply Excel, Python, and dashboard tooling to analyze processes, generate insights, and support operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration with engineering teams, and the development of practical solutions that impact manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (data analysis, charting, and presentation skills).
• Hands-on experience in coding, application development, and dashboard reporting (e.g., Python, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is an advantage.
• Ability to observe processes critically and apply data-driven problem-solving approaches.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working on the production shopfloor.
