The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry, and possess excellent communication skills. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure smooth project operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Planning and Coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and technical understanding.
• Valid Class 3 driving license; owning a car is advantageous.

• Support Project Management Team with planning and coordination.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and coordination with parties.

• Provide full support to the Project Management Team.
• Be responsible for the planning and coordination of the project with internal and external customers.
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
• Ensure smooth processing and execution of related task through proper and timely coordination with internal and external parties, suppliers and the authority.
• On-site audit whenever required.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably experiences in Project Planning and Coordination
• Knowledge of automotive industry and basic technical/vehicular understanding
• Meticulous, good interpersonal and communications skills
• Has sense of urgency and able to produce quality work within tight timelines
• Highly adaptable and receptive to changes, with high level of independence and initiative.
• Good personality with good integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
• A valid Class 3 driving license, own a car will be advantageous.
• Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
