Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate with operation team (including contractors) to ensure smooth operation for GovTech operation centre
- Responsible to ensure completion of day-to-day/adhoc administration task required in GovTech operation centre (e.g. operation logistics administration, coordinate with contractors for adhoc operation maintenance, escort contractors for operation maintenance, etc.)
- To support provisioning of end-user equipment (e.g. imaging, security patching, application version upgrade, etc.)
- To perform and maintain project asset inventories and ensure all project assets are tracked, accounted and can be reconciled at any time with the asset inventory system
- Perform good receive for project equipment, billing and invoice verification
- Provide support for procurement of operation equipment
- Perform any other related tasks / duties as and when assigned to support the smooth operation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information or Equivalent
- Prior experience as a desktop support technician administrating of PC (laptops and desktops) and other peripherals
- Hands-on experience with the latest Windows technology
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation and team interaction/effectiveness
- Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and senior management
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, self-motivated
- Hands-on experience with the latest Windows technology
