A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities. This role involves ensuring project completion is within budget and quality standards, while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders. Candidates should possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or a relevant engineering diploma along with significant industry experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry (for National Certificate).
• 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry (for Diploma holder).

· Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team

· Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards

· Prepare and submit material and sample submissions

· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report to client, stakeholders, and the manager

· Answer and respond immediately to client, stakeholder and resident feedback

· Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders

· Provide updates on project progress

· Offer technical solutions for any related issues

· Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations, liaise will all relevant stakeholders with regards to commencement of works

Requirements

· National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or at least equivalent with 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry

· Diploma holder in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Management or at least equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry

· Good communication and written skills
