About the role

At Noble Technology & Engineering (Pte. Ltd.), we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project OPs Cum WSH Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is located in the West Region and will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of Project quality execution and workplace health, safety standards within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Projects operations day to day coordination by liaising with clients and contractors. Updating management on project progress and planning ahead for smooth execution.

• Supporting the Operations Manager on the project deliverables.

• Scheduling the manpower for project coordination and liaising with clients and sub-contractors.

• Collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to continually improve project performance.

• Lead the people in the field for effective project delivery.

• Developing, implementing and monitoring workplace health, safety policies and procedures

• Conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards

• Providing training and support to employees on WSH best practices

• Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety regulations

• Collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to continually improve WSH performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in project planning and multiple site coordinations.

• Proven ability to be able to direct and manage people on site.

• Good multi tasking skills.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar WSH Coordinator or WHS role, preferably within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.

• Effective communication and training skills to engage with employees at all levels

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take a proactive approach to WSH management.

• Preferably to posses class 2B and/or Class 3 licenses.

• Basic Microsoft skill is required.
