Responsibilities

• Provide daily progress reports on assigned projects to the Project Director.
• Oversee the overall site progress and ensure timely completion.
• Plan ahead for materials needed for the assigned project.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and workers regarding work progress and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with the scope of work for each project.
• Monitor and maintain the project schedule, work hours, budget, and material expenditures.
• Ensure that the work meets the client's expectations.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with the client as necessary.
