Job Title: Project Management Office Support

Location: Singapore, East

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in executing tasks aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare, track, and analyze project-related statistics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Manage project administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, creating progress reports, coordinating activities, and monitoring timelines.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and organize project workflows to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain confidential project documentation and materials.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively escalate issues or risks to the Project Manager as they arise.
