Job summary
A leading engineering company in Singapore is looking for a Project Assistant to assist in the administration and documentation of projects. This role requires managing project schedules, attending meetings, and resolving on-site issues. Suitable candidates should have relevant qualifications in Civil or Electrical Engineering and practical experience in building works.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in execution of building works.
- Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.
- Familiarity with rules and regulations in Singapore.

- Assist the Project Manager with administration and documentation works.
- Prepare and maintain the project schedule and oversee progress.
- Act as the point of contact throughout the project.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with the administration and documentation works of the project.
- Prepare and maintain the project schedule by overseeing progress and coordinating activities.
- Attend the project related external and internal meetings.
- Address and resolve any issues arise at the worksite in a timely manner.
- Act as the point of contact throughout the project.

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from recognised University or Institution.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in execution of building works.
- Track records to show previous projects that took charge.
- Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performances standards of Singapore.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
