About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at KINGWOOD (SINGAPORE) ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by providing administrative and logistical support. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic company shaping the future of the industry.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and monitor project schedules, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
Assist with the preparation and distribution of project-related documentation, such as reports, proposals, and contracts
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, clients, and stakeholders
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project records, and tracking project expenses
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
Responsible for overall quality, schedule, budget & risk management control and monitoring for projects
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
Experience in furniture & fitting out work at luxury retail shop are highly desirable
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with the industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
Willing to travel overseas
