Job summary
A growing engineering firm in Singapore seeks a qualified candidate to manage teams and coordinate daily activities on site. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and subcontractors, preparing documentation, and ensuring teams are equipped with necessary tools. Candidates should have a diploma in Engineering, preferably with 2 years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates who can speak Chinese are preferred.

Qualifications

- Preferably trained in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferred Chinese speaking for our China customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage few teams of supervisor for daily work activities.
- Liaise with Client, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.
- Manage work progress of the work activities.
- Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
- Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.
- Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.
