Key Responsibilities
Be the main point-of-contact with our internal technical teams across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), USA and APAC (Asia Pacific), updating workload trackers and contribute towards developing new processes to make our operations more efficient.
Showcase your organisational skills, develop professionally by operating in a global team, and gain exposure working in a transforming, matrixed environment.
Be heavily involved in handling information and data using software platforms such as MS Office suite (i.e., Excel) and other in-house systems.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 2 years of project administration/coordination, or similar experience.
Be IT literate with MS Office software, Excel experience (e.g., pivot tables) to sort, filter, and merge data.
Confidently communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, both written and verbally.
Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems is advantageous.
Experience using Darwin or Float is highly beneficial.
