1. Project Scheduling & Planning
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, etc.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and site supervisors to align site activities with project milestones.
- Monitor daily site progress and flag deviations from the plan.
2. Documentation & Submission
- Prepare, compile, and submit required documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, work permits, and material approval submissions.
- Maintain proper records for audits by authorities like LTA, BCA, MOM.
- Handle submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
3. Site Coordination
- Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Attend site coordination and safety meetings.
- Coordinate delivery and installation works on-site.
4. Procurement & Material Management
- Prepare material requisitions, track delivery schedules, and ensure materials meet specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve related issues.
5. Regulatory & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MOM, BCA, SCDF).
- Assist in implementing Workplace Safety & Health procedures.
- Prepare safety documents such as SWP and JSA.
6. Cost & Progress Tracking
- Monitor work progress against schedule and report to management.
- Assist in preparing claims, variation orders, and cost control documents.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims and sub-contract payments.
7. Administrative Support
- Support project-related documentation management.
- Prepare meeting minutes, daily reports, and progress photos.
- Maintain records of inspections, test reports, and quality control documents.
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional efforts and attend technical meetings with customers to meet design requirements.
- Manage and report project progress, adjusting resources as needed to meet timelines.
- Drive new product development from prototyping to mass production.
- Sourcing components and equipment for new products, evaluating costs.
- Coordinate product development activities across functions.
- Handle project FAI and documentation such as customer approvals, drawings, and specifications.
- Work with QA/QC to analyze and resolve quality issues.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
