Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from planning and marketing volunteer trips to managing on-ground projects in Cambodia and Nepal. What you'll be doing

• Plan, organize, and execute volunteer trips and community projects in Cambodia and Nepal.

• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Develop marketing strategies to recruit volunteers and raise awareness about our initiatives.

• Provide pre-trip briefings and post-trip debriefs for volunteers.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of projects and prepare reports for donors and stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, donors, and community partners.

• Support fundraising efforts and donor engagement activities.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in any field.

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.

• A heart for the poor and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of rural communities.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel to Cambodia and Nepal for project implementation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.

• Experience in project management, marketing, or event planning is a plus but not mandatory.
