Job description

Project Coordination

  • Support the project team in coordinating managing project calendars, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking deliverables.
  • Track and hold team accountable to deadlines and milestones.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for candidates, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage client procurement processes, including vendor onboarding and documentation.
  • Track, manage, and follow up on invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and resolution
  • Ensure compliance with monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting requirements

Documentation Management

  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and update company databases, files, and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Vendor Management

  • Manage vendors for payroll, accounting and tax

Requirements

  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Strong sense of ethics, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally some experience with PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
