Project Coordination
- Support the project team in coordinating managing project calendars, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking deliverables.
- Track and hold team accountable to deadlines and milestones.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for candidates, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Manage client procurement processes, including vendor onboarding and documentation.
- Track, manage, and follow up on invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and resolution
Ensure compliance with monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting requirements
Documentation Management
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain and update company databases, files, and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Vendor Management
- Manage vendors for payroll, accounting and tax
Requirements
- Prior Project Management experience
- Strong sense of ethics, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally some experience with PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
