Job summary

Hydrotechs Mechanical And Electrically Service Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee all site activities, plan, schedule, control and ensure compliance with drawings and specs to meet deadlines.

You will lead meetings, coordinate with main contractors and clients, supervise workers and vendors, manage purchases and reporting, and drive the handover process to ensure a successful project close.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as supervisor/coordinator in construction industry.
• Possess safety certification for building construction supervisor’s work.
• SMO certification and a valid Class 3 driving licence are required.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proven skills in site planning, coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute site works including planning, scheduling, controlling and coordination to meet drawings/specs and completion date.
• Prepare budgeted control and daily site progress reports.
• Attend kick-off, site and client meetings and briefings.
• Plan with main-contractors and clients on project execution and implementation.
• Supervise project works and oversee workers and vendors to ensure quality.
• Oversee material purchases and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Coordinate handover of project to client and ensure proper closing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.
• Budgeted control and site progress reports on daily basis.
• Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
• Plan and discuss with Main-contractors and clients on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
• Oversee and handle plan purchases, application and liaise with relevant authority
• Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site
• To ensure proper handover of project to client

Requirements:

• Prior experience as supervisor/Coordinator in construction Industry
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
• Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
• SMO Cert and Class 3 Driving license required
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
• Knowledge on construction tools, machinery and equipment and simple maintenance
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Able to lead Project Supervisor and team of workers as well as manage client needs and timeline
• Provide solutions to onsite issues and complications
• Able to provide progress reports, operations report and forecasting plan reports and work together with Project manager
