Job Responsibilities:
Monitor contractors' manhours and progress, organize site meetings, evaluate technical bids, update schedules, and prepare monthly and fortnightly reports.
Assist in preparing and implementing the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) procedure, supporting contractors to develop and adhere to it.
Manage EPC procurement and subcontract trackers, set up DMRS (Level 4 schedules), track overall manpower, and develop productivity and S-curves.
Analyze the critical path, identify potential delays and their impact, and work with engineering leads and project managers to resolve issues and meet key deadlines.
Attend internal and external meetings related to planning, ensuring follow-up on action items until completion.
Coordinate with Cost Controllers to maintain consistent and accurate information.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning using Primavera P6.
Experience in Project/TA planning.
Strong understanding of standard work scopes in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Piping, along with their interdependencies during projects or turnarounds.
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in a site environment.
