Qualifications

Job Description
- Be part of project team, working closely with site.
- Reviewing of risk assessments and administer OHSAS 18001/SS506 documentations and filing.
- Recommend practicable measures to help protect employees from potentially hazardous work methods, processes or materials.
- Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment or practices, to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations and industry safety standards.
- Conduct incident investigations and introduce effective preventive measures.
- Documentation preparation for each project (E.g. Ra, Project scheduling and SWP).
- Manage all safety-related aspects.
- Ensure all on-going projects adhere to requirements, including but not limited to inspection with Clients, Safety Officers and periodic meetings.
- Plan and arrange workers' daily schedules for projects.
- Site coordination with project site in charge.
- Periodic project updates and worker review with Management.
- Collect information and other data regarding the design.
- Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes
- Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
- Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order
- Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
- Liaise with sub-contractor for project costing
- Liaise with client for project information
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Advance Certificate in WSH (Level B).
- Experience in the Healthcare Construction industry is preferred.
- Possess Risk Management Course (BizSafe Level 2) Certification would be advantageous.
- Possess Safe Management Officer Certificate.
- Candidates with First Aid Course Certification will be advantageous.
- Candidates with MWAH Course Certification will be advantageous.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Others or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
