Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers.
  • Coordination and liaison with all relevant parties.
  • Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
  • Handling documentation and administrative matters required for commencement of work and project closing.
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
  • Update daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress for project monitors
  • Conduct project site inspection.
  • Attend co-ordination meeting with designer/ architect/ consultants relating to design /detail / drawing.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.   • Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years' working experience in interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Carpentry/Joinery works' experiences will be an added advantage.
  • Possess class 3 driving license preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ Project and good with paperwork.
  • Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
  • Local working experience needed.
