Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of contract management experience.
• Knowledge in PSSCOC and Singapore Commercial Law.
• Experience in Quantity Surveyor is an advantage.

• Manage project documentation and oversee progress monitoring.
• Handle variation requests and resolve contractual disputes.

• Manage all aspects of project documentation, including tender bidding, progress reports, and settlement.
• Oversee work-in-progress monitoring, prepare reports, and certify progress claims for timely project execution.
• Handle variation requests, assess cost changes, and substantiate claims for additions or omissions.
• Resolve contractual disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with legal counsel when necessary.
• Drive risk identification and management processes, defending claims and facilitating dispute resolutions.
• Promote best practices in contract management and project execution to optimize outcomes.
