Key Responsibilities:

The GPO Project Consultant provides consulting expertise to implement changes and solutions in the payment business. You will be required to represent payment operations in projects, defining requirements, conducting data analysis, identifying impacts and risks, overseeing quality assurance, managing resources, and delivering solutions for the payment domain. This role necessitates thorough knowledge of operations to assess and analyze the impact of new initiatives.

You will join a close-knit team of professionals in our GPO organization and will be responsible for:

  • Driving end-to-end integration of work streams to deliver project scope and solutions, including requirements gathering, data mapping, project execution, integration, and implementation.
  • Developing project plans and managing resources aligned with project roles.
  • Directing work efforts of resources, potentially across functional lines.
  • Connecting with internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders to escalate and discuss issues.
  • Establishing clear responsibilities and accountabilities among project participants, including those outside operations impacted by the project.
  • Leading risk management, mitigation planning, change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
  • Ensuring all change requirements are satisfied.
