Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality workmanship.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety on construction sites.

Prepare regular project reports, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, specifically in workplace design and construction.

Proven track record of successful site management, quality management, health & safety implementation, and project reporting and managing sub-trades
