Job Descriptions:

1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Monitoring, controlling, and coordinating site works with the operations team as well as contractors.
5. Ensuring projects meet customer's quality standards.
6. Performing any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience at managerial level in construction.
2. Good knowledge of construction management processes.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Experience in residential/landed projects is preferred.
5. Working location: ANG MO KIO.
6. Possess minimum PM safety certificate, Work at Height Certificate, or RA Certificate.
