Job summary

A construction company located in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of managerial experience in construction. Strong knowledge of construction management and leadership skills are required. This role also necessitates certifications such as PM safety, Work at Height, and RA certificates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with at least 8 years relevant experience at managerial level in construction.
• Possess min PM safety certificate/Work at Height Certificate/RA Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Monitor, control, and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors.
• Ensure projects meet customer's quality standards.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties required.
