DESIGNATION : Project Claims Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Claims Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing project claims within our organization, ensuring that all necessary documentation and evidence are meticulously compiled and presented.

As a Project Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders including project managers, contractors, and legal teams to effectively address claims and disputes that may arise during the lifecycle of a project. Your expertise in claims management will not only help in navigating through complex project challenges but also play a crucial role in maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all project claims activities including preparation, submission, and resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary documentation and support for claims processing.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and identify areas of risk related to claims.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on claims progress and outcomes for stakeholders and management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to project claims and disputes.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize the risk of claims and improve overall claims management processes.
• Ensure all claims are documented and tracked in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in claims administration, contract management, or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of contract law and related regulations impacting project claims.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient claims tracking and reporting.

• 6 days work week
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
