Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal user acceptance testing (UAT) and document findings systematically

Prepare standard user manuals and workflow documentation for internal systems

Attend online meetings via Zoom and accurately record meeting minutes

Assist with various ad-hoc tasks assigned by the project supervisor

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in any field (IT-related background is a plus)
